What to expect when using the app

If you or someone you know is considering downloading this app on your smartphone or tablet, here’s what to expect.

Privacy

Unlike other apps, myPlan App does not ask for your name, email, or offer any notifications. Only the country and province you live in, and general particulars about your relationship or past relationship are asked.

No pressure

Easy self-assessments

There are quick, easy, multiple choice and slider-style questions that present like any other online quiz. The best part? It’s anonymous and you don’t have to say a word.

The assessment categories:

  • Your individual relationship situation
  • Red flags
  • Risks
  • Your priorities
  • Safety actions that you are open to
  • Health and well-being

After taking these assessments, you will have a clear idea about the level of danger you are living in and your overall well-being while in your current situation.
