Many suffer in silence when it comes to experiencing abuse from their partner. Silent Witness Nova Scotia is here to raise awareness of and help prevent domestic violence.

The Cut It Out campaign raises funds through local hair salons to assist in our initiatives including:

• Promotion and placement of purple Barb’s Benches in local communities,
• Education initiatives for businesses and organizations to become allies to domestic violence survivors,
• Online resource development and maintenance to stay visible for those in need and those seeking to help folks in an abusive situations,
• + More initiatives that are not widely advertised in order to protect their availability to folks experiencing high levels of control in their relationships.
